Appellate:

Leslie can advise trial counsel as to the advisability of taking an appeal from an adverse judgment or ruling and carry an appeal from the beginning stages to the end. Leslie is also available to edit trial counsel's work on an appeal or prepare any aspect of the brief.


Guardianship:

Leslie has extensive experience in the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and the collar counties. She is available to help trial counsel prepare the settlement documents both in the Law Division and Probate Division and work with trust officers in managing minors' and disabled persons' estates.


Litigation Support:

Leslie is able to work quickly and efficiently on short notice to help trial counsel with unforeseen legal issues during a trial and prepare jury instructions. She is always ready to prepare summary judgment motions, post trial motions or responses and other dispositive pleadings in a wide array of civil cases.
