Hernandez Brief
Recently, Leslie filed an amicus curiae brief on behalf of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, in support of limiting application of the learned intermediary doctrine in cases where pharmaceutical companies engage in direct advertising to consumers. A copy of the brief is attached.
